No. Every plan, including the free Starter plan, lets you keep unlimited wines and bottles in your cellar. The differences are in the features: the number of sommelier questions per month, food pairing and buying advice, the number of WhatsApp numbers and the collection overviews.
Every question the AI sommelier answers, in the web app or on WhatsApp, counts as one sommelier question. Each plan has a monthly allowance; you can see your usage in your account and it resets every month.
Yes. You cancel via the billing portal in your account. You keep all features until the end of the paid period and then automatically fall back to Starter. Your data is kept.
Via Stripe, with iDEAL, credit card or another method supported by Stripe. Invoices are available in the billing portal.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Stripe prorates the difference.
